OUR CLASSES

While we cater to different levels of madness, we offer full body classes or classes targeting the upper or lower body. Rest assured that in every Burn Society class, you’ll experience a challenging workout that combines core, endurance, cardio, balance, strength and flexibility training for unparalleled results. 

In a class of maximum 12 students, our instructors are able to give you a very personal experience, making sure your form is correct and that you are comfortable on your machine.
