WHAT IS LAGREE PILATES?
Lagree Pilates is a high-intensity, low-impact workout that combines elements of Pilates, strength training, and cardio. It is performed on a specialized machine called the Miniformer, which incorporates various resistance levels and adjustable springs to target different muscle groups. Lagree Pilates focuses on slow and controlled movements to build strength, improve flexibility, and increase endurance.
IS LAGREE PILATES SUITABLE FOR BEGINNERS?
Yes, Lagree Pilates is suitable for beginners. Our instructors are trained to modify the exercises to accommodate different fitness levels and abilities. Whether you are new to fitness or an experienced athlete, Lagree Pilates can be tailored to meet your individual needs and goals.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO A CLASS?
We recommend wearing comfortable workout attire that allows for ease of movement. Form-fitting clothing is preferable, as it helps our instructors observe and correct your alignment during the class. Please bring a pair of grip socks to ensure stability and safety.
DO YOU HAVE AN AGE REQUIREMENT?
Yes. You must be 18 or older to attend The Burn Society, or 13 and older if accompanied by an adult.
CAN I TAKE CLASS IF I AM PREGANT OR JUST HAD A BABY?
First, speak to your doctor. While Lagree is safe for new moms and moms-to-be, make sure your doctor knows what The Burn Society workout entails (resistance training on a reformer) and find out what you are cleared to do.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I ATTEND CLASSES?
For optimal results, we recommend attending Lagree Pilates classes 3-4 times per week. Consistency is key to achieving your fitness goals and seeing improvements in strength, flexibility, and endurance. However, we understand that everyone's schedule is unique, so we offer flexible class options to accommodate your availability.
WHAT IS THE WAITLIST?
When a class reaches its maximum capacity, interested participants can add their names to a waitlist in case a spot becomes available due to cancellations or changes. If a spot opens up, the person on the waitlist is typically notified via email or phone call and given the opportunity to claim the spot.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
A class must be changed or canceled prior to 12 hours before the scheduled class time to avoid the late cancel fee of $15. If you do not show up for class there is a $20 no show fee. You must be physically present at the start of class or your spot will be given away to a waitlisted client.
CAN I SHOW UP LATE?
Once class begins, your session will be given up if someone is on the wait-list or a drop-in client is present. If someone arrives late and their spot was given away, they will not be charged for the class.

No late entry will be permitted for first time clients, no exceptions.

If a client is not new and is arriving late, they are allowed to enter if their machine is still available.
